Not so Riskon22, if we go by what has been announced, then Magnis has a 20% non dilutive ownership of LIBCOIN. 

LIBCOIN in turn is planing to enter into a JV with BHEL, whereby LIBCOIN is expected to be ready to invest into the JV company as a majority stakeholder! Meaning BHEL is clearly set to be a minority stake holder. This is all clearly spelled out in the BHEL "Expression of Interest (EoI)" documentation! 

The document isn't talking about funding, however "ready to invest into the JV as a majority stakeholder, IMO makes it pretty clear what BHEL is expecting!
