No problem then, if MNS doesn’t need the $$$ anywhere else and doesn’t have to wait for finance, let them get on with it. The fact remains though that the village hasn‘t been started yet. This in turn will  probably somewhat delay the preparations to get the mine itself going.
So plenty of time really to get finance arranged and whatever else might be needed, like an urgently updated BFS, which may or may not incorporate off-take agreements!
