Hlx is priced for a medium size cash raise soon. They have little more than 1yr cash left. Probably Sophs and shareholders at 2c say 100mil shares. Pity cos they haven’t got a huge Amt on issue since the 80s. Maybe they can avoid with asset sale or they get gobbled up by oz min or similar.
