I think you are spot on.

This is why I am feeling so flat for the past 12 months, as these guys could have promoted so many wonderful attributes and created such a valid and just fan fair that the SP would be north of where it is today. Instead  we had what seems an Accountant from the Walking Dead write our news releases and roll outs of the same set of slides since 2015.

Even now they could create some really cool interest, if they just get sassy and creative. They do not need to lie or embellish as we have a terrific story. I have been in companies that have a lesser story.

I can only think that they are holding out for another Salary sacrifice and CR for mates.  I would put a $5.00 Scratchy on it.
