yep I suspect the same as'hl now has 3 buy orders in at .016, and also sold the 0.016 balance of around 1.3 million? to himself to create a bit of momentum and entice some buys in the .017cps, where he is probably sitting as well, top of the que.
Have to duck out but will expand on my observation when i get back.
Thinking seriously of advising ASX and seeing what they have to say about it..
