I share your thoughts on this It was favorable terms initially but due to the delays were are now stuck with a hefty problem. Even if ANW wanted to pay Lind back we wont have enough cash for a full payment if Lind choose to convert immediately. I say get it over and done with so we can be rid of them once and hopefully for all. April is my buy time if conversion occurs right away, might also duck out just before the exercisable date too as a precaution. All imo of course.
