they can exercise from feb 20 at a 5 day vwap so timing that will be tricky. also too once they convert theyll likely pump the buggery out of it. so i wouldnt be wanting to miss that. i also dont imagine them converting at much lower than the current sp as there has been plenty of opportunity to knock it down further that wasnt taken and there appears to be support.

traditionally lind werent a problem until we gave them another CN. there arent anymore of those coming for them so they may be inclined to stick around a while. all in all between expected news flow and bigger fish controlling sp its a dangerous move to try and time it imo.

im bias though as I'll be buying anything under 2c without any fear at all.
