    Personally i think PW has done a reasonable job on giving us a summary. No doubt he is putting in the extra effort this year.

    I get your point though , First sales report can be anything from $100k to $ 2 million depending where GEM is at.

    Might have to wait until the 2019 Q2 report to find the true value of Granville which is 6 months away. This may disappoint some holders.
