Interesting to compare where the shareprice of Syrah is at following their quarterly reports... and especially the talk on HC.

One particularly BSM poster (QT for short) bailed out of Bass Metals at around 1.2c about a month ago to jump onboard the "gravy train" that he thought SYR was going to be. QT spruiking a $20 shareprice in one post on the Syrah forum. The SYR shareprice has retraced to where it was at a month ago.

A recent post by another poster pointed out that it is has a whopping $500 million market cap. At the rate it is producing small flake graphite, it will saturate the market! It has been on the top of the list for the most shorted stock on the ASX. Good call, QT.

The above scenario (for me anyway) sheds light on why Bass Metals is far better positioned in this market than some. However, it is crucial that Bass works to optimise the large and jumbo flake production. This is exactly what management appears to continue to work on as Bass moves forward.

The quick-thinking traders (who profess to be long termers) will soon be back here to bolster the shareprice once they realise that the fundamentals are still intact.
