    Yes, and the secret to successful investing is to correctly judge when the market has overreacted (and buy in this instance), and also to judge when the market has not overreacted (and steer clear in this instance). This is easier said than done....there are lots of factors to weigh up and assess and sometimes a share may look like a screaming bargain but then continue to deteriorate. Conversely, if you judge it correctly you can do very well financially - you will never get it right 100% of the time, but if you can get it right more often than you get it wrong you will do OK.
