    Not a lot in it regarding minority share holders. This must be in reference to the big 2.
    Can see Muthy getting this done prior to election. This mining agreement has been sitting on a table - at a stalemate for 2.5 years and clearly now there appears some urgency which one could on guess is election related as ralli previously posted.
