as the mine has been shut for 4 years with an annual gold production of 144k with an AISC of $1200 that is north of $350 million in lost profits that’s just in very conservative gold sales not putting in silver credits either,
so I would expect when we do win $500 million compensation for the shut down is not out of the question then we talk about a buy out or a return of mine either way I would be happy
