I guess a sale is possible, just not on good terms. Like not for a regular multiple to an international buyer, but possibly for a cheap price to a local connected buyer who the army would be happy to allow to re-open the mine.
When you see the junta threatening reporters for asking tough questions (and numerous murdered, disappeared and assaulted activists), it shows that any 'lost face' against them will not be ignored. Them having to make a big payout to KCN would be a big loss of face. That sort of thing does not suggest business as usual after a potential payout.
Anyway, that's just 1 point out of your 6. The other 5 still suggest good potential.
The $0.255 SP still suggests people are too worried to buy. As am I, since I still see it as a gamble, but maybe a gamble with good odds.
