ok, do i get this right..?
In essence, a policy of getting an early upfront payout in part. (part of the full) with no obligation to repay if the third party acts like a prat. withholding the full? While the part, can be reclaimed against the whole by the insurer if ever the third part coughs up ?
ie so if we dont get a payout of larger, is there no obligation of a loan type repayment ? we are still debt free ?
Is that the insurance ? they the insurer takes the risk, then that the third party will eventually payout ?
(as apposed to normal insurance, where the sum of premiums by many, cover the occasional payouts of the few)
