I know, I have asked Chairman for clarity and transparency.
He says that it is up to the shareholder to be clear and transparent. He says that he cannot make the clarification as to what Platinum are doing or have done. I dispute that as it is in the interest of all shareholders.
He did give me an undertaking 3 weeks or so ago to spur Plat, into action. That is why I have been posting that Plat. will put their notice in to Cokal/ASX. Obviously Platinum has given him the one finger salute.

In the absence of Platinum Receivers complying with the regulations for disclosure, it is the duty of the Board of Directors to provide clarification of the transactions in order to provide Shareholders transparency.
