BG, in response to you statement that there will not be any further dilution or CRs, how is CKA going to pay for $US10m deferred consideration to the vendors of BBM which becomes due and payable upon financing/construction of the BBM as well as the $US0.5m facilitation fee payable to the same vendors for agreeing to delay payment? This is an honest question as these monies need to be paid if they want 'clear title' to the tenement and why I believe CKA has to raise capital or give more of the project profits away.
