That's the great thing about the internet, if someone won't tell you something you just guess and they'll correct you
I should've got it, I skimmed over the chin reference, I'd only taken notice of the 'eddy' ones which weren't helping. So the problem I see is he is still the commissioner whatever that means. I don't see any bayan notices that he has left that position, only that he moved from BoD to commissioner in the last annual report.
