Why now on the cusp of a funding package would Cokal want to do a cap raising?
I can't guarantee it won't happen but looking at it from a fundamental pov...
1. Why would Dom and the board want to dilute their holdings unnecessarily.
2. Why would Ahaana be in favour of doing the same.
3. They are on the verge of announcing a major funding package in the 10's of millions to get into production.
4. Would it not be more prudent to negotiate a small loan of say circa $2M for working capital to be paid back from Cokal's share of production revenue just around the corner.
5. Would it not be so much easier and simplistic to arrange this short term loan at the same time with the same funders.
6. If they can negotiate a similar deal with BMA then surely they can do like again with Ahaana
If Cokal were to do such a thing then it's bordering on stupidity!!
