SJ, interesting that the thread is now talking cap. raise and you have joined the troupe!
The need for a cap raise depends on the cost of the proposed financing package - as the company has no money in the bank it's negotiating leverage is very weak. Dilution has to happen either by an issue or via reduced profits from costly finance package, let us hope DM chooses the right one for shareholders!
