ahhh, the share price isn't usually pushed down before a CR - thats market manipulation.

What can happen is that larger investors are brought behind the wall to garner interest and set terms, which means they can't trade, which takes demand out of the market, and prices fall.

Dreaming if people think it will be $1+ buy out by the way, Top 20 hold 63% of the business so will be able to decide what happens.

Also - Toby might be jumping off the Board so he can buy/sell without notifying the market.
