LYC is going to have problems surviving unless the price for REE's increases substantially ! Moving their Processing plant from Malaysia to Kalgoorlie is going to introduce a whole swag of operating cost inflation:

Labour costs in Kal are notoriously high, could be up to ten times what they currently are in Malaysia.
600+km of Transport cost for reagents, especially acids (I would estimate $0.30c/t/km)
Power costs, and the hit to ESG compliance from using fossil fuels
Tailings disposal ~ the Big pit is still operating, they are going to have to find somewhere else to safely to dispose of that waste that Malaysia rejects

If they have not been able to make a profit for the last ? years, they are going to find it even harder now.
