When thinking about good business outcomes as regards words like nepotism dishonesty graft and corruption.

Easy words to throw about and all have negative connotations.

But I always like to think about the word nepotism. It’s giving favour to friends relations. Unlike other 3 words this is not necessarily negative.

Personally I would crawl over burning glass to surround myself in business by my own family and friends.

How many businesses of a private family nature succeed?

In this case there will be trust and faith based on competency etc between TDV and PdV.

Nepotism can generally be good for a small company.
