I have been told the HPA industry is built on the trust of suppliers and trust in the consistent purity of the product. The market is split into two segments, low-quality HPA and high-quality HPA (premium). Not all HPA 99.99%s are equal. A bit like the old 'Oils ain't Oils – Castrol' ad from long ago. The guarantee we have from SMS on purity levels is massive. The demonstrated quality control from our 'gold plated' plant (not my words) will be a huge trust factor when selling to these premium customers. Remember our HPA bags will be sent directly (with the Altech brand name) to these premium customers. Not via Mitsubishi. Every one-tonne pellet shipped will be tested by our on-site laboratory.
