The FIDS identified this cost. It is included in the HPA production costs.
The FIDs assumed an average sale price of $US26.90. The HPA selling cost = $1.35 ( let's assume the miscellaneous = 0) (1.35/26.9)* 100 = 5% commission. At $US40/Kg = $US2/Kg. I asked this question of the company recently and they confirmed a 5% commission. US$9M per annum to Mitsubishi seems great value imo. Imagine trying to sell directly to customers. The project would never have flown.
