However, the Mitsubishi deal you posted is for Mitsubishi to sell what ATC make for the next 10 years. From what I've seen there's no fixed contractual quantities, timelines or DIFOT penalties. It is Just an exclusive agreement to sell what we produce whenever we produce it. You can't bank forecasts.

I'm not overly impressed with the progress of the plant and less so of the glossy photos to drive hype around a sign, a perimeter fence, some trucks moving around dirt and a cut down container called a security post,

When are the game changing moves going to happen like finance and lets see the building actually being built.

Time is not our friend in this space.
