The one very notable thing with ATC is how much has been done even before the finalisation of finance. If you think about it, getting so far is really extraordinary and a vivid demonstration of confidence in the project. Unfortunately there appraes to be a SP drag in both finalisation of finance and maybe even some leftover but probably unwarranted concern about Lynas experience. (Unwarranted because I think they partially brought it upon themselves with glossing over the waste issue.) And of course we have had the CR as mentioned by others. However it is much better to have the CR and see the construction work continue unabated.
