He's worked within the 30 day window post Quarterly Announcement for Directors to trade as per Dugsab link to company policy.
It's a small window and he traded 2 weeks after Quarterly so he wouldn't be seen to cash in on the higher prices through insider knowledge.
He can't trade in the 30 days pre-yearly announcement, or too closely to other price sensitive information being released.
The trade doesn't concern me .... he probably needed the money and he's had a small window to cash in.
Back to the sidelines for me to await g/t and AU kg. Due next week we would hope .... MERC OUT
