Very interesting .... anyone else notice the subtle change in this paragraph ?  If you look at the December Quarterly and then look at the March Quarterly you see this bit has been added. "in respect to a possible corporate transaction"

March 2019 Quarterly

The Board is continuing discussions in respect of new exploration and mining opportunities whilst also continuing discussions with potential partners on the existing projects, and in respect of a possible corporate transaction.

December 2018 Quarterly

The Board is also currently evaluating a number of new exploration and mining opportunities whilst continuing discussions with potential joint-venture partners on the projects, and will advise shareholders of progress as appropriate.



I also found it interesting that it 'appeared' that the ASX held back the March Quarterly Activities Report for review given that most companies lodge both together ??
