@col69 - have you not been reading the ASX announcements - NIU's CR was cancelled as a prospectus was required to be prepared (which would cost more than the $1k in the bank!) - this was because NIU shares had been suspended by the ASX sometime in the previous 12 months (late submission of financial reports!!!). The wording of NIU's announcement of 'Board's decision to withdraw CR' could be considered as being misleading though (most likely why the ASX put out its own statement on the matter), almost as if they were intending to withdraw the CR for reasons other than breach of the Listing Rules.
