    If the Mbalam convention is extended in May or June 2019, the acquisition deal is less likely to completed by 30 June 2019. Let us see whether SDL and note holders will extend the acquisition deal with ANS/WAPRC for another 3 months up to 30 September 2019. If yes, ANS/WAPRC may need to pay a significant premium. Lol.
