The fact that the court has found individuals and companies guilty demonstrates that those involved have no credibility and as stated they have done more than just monetary damage to the land holders and the Solomon Islands.
Are you representing locals when you say locals have lost faith in Axiom(Pt 2) as a result of the corrupt and misleading information provided or is this your own opinion? Lawyering for Lawyers sake??? The company had a responsibility to Share Holders to challenge these offences which ultimately were provided fraudulently to the Mining board. How could SH's skim over this with negativity? It sounds as if you are excusing the wrong doings of these pathetic few?
Let's give locals the truth, and with that truth they can make a more informed decision. If the Mining board is aware of the false information, then isn't it viable that they would also follow up this result? Sometimes it isn't about the money you see!
Put the result of the court case in front of the Minister (Mining) and RM and it demonstrates that quite possibly both were victims of these circumstances, which would explain the misunderstanding. RM alluded to this which I would look forward to hearing more about.
As a genuine shareholder, I want to see this all functioning, not spreading gossip and vexatious comments to suggest unwarranted or misleading information.
I still see a different picture and have the Weekend to enjoy.
