3. Focus and discipline of management in the sense of not allowing themselves to be distracted by every passing fancy
4. Slow and steady, staged approach
5. Regular flow of updates without being sensationalist
6. How well the market seems to have reacted to processing flows that resemble what krr is contemplating
7. Directors' conservative salaries
8. Good cashflow management
9. Breadth of innovative funding arrangements being considered including JV options
10. Consideration of modular, staged construction and BOOT options that seem to have pleased investors and attracted funding on projects of similar and larger scale
11. CAPEX reduction from 2.5b to 900m AUD and expected to diminish further - though for some reason many investors out there don't seem to be aware of this
12. Directors who are experienced and did well out of SPX.
