Not reporting on it suggests the company thinks BDG isn't going to make much progress any time soon, if at all. In an announcement on 16 May, BDG said:
"The company applied for an administrative authorisationpermit (“AAP”) in 2015, which is similar to a construction permit. This was denied due to the Company not adequately addressingthe concerns of the relevant stakeholders in relation to certain water issues. "
I suspect that these issues are thorny and are going to take a lot of time to resolve, if they are resolvable.
