That's only a matter of a few cents. Diesel power generation globally is currently on average between 30-38c/kwhr. In an report I saw from Endeavour late last year their grid costs in Cote d Ivoire were under 15c/kwhr. Don't believe any kind of rebate could narrow that margin.
