ecker. last time kcn said they would do a buy back, they didn't buy back a single share. Ross is a tricky bugger. I believe he wants the SP to be higher because it will play a part in an negotiations during arbitration and valuing the company and talks of compensation... but, I don't think he will ultimately buy back a single share. let's see.
