Los Domos would need to drilled to sure up a resource, infilled for reserves and a mine plan PFS FS BFS ML and stump up cash for closure. All costing money and time.
Its EQEs option to continue after 18 months, the only additional cost being $50k/ mth towards care and maintenance. A fee to encourage Equus to get on with it.
