You need to understand who is behind the company and the cash balances YOY for the last decade.
This company is a very serious long term player in Australia ..primarily for Uranium, now investigating the Vanadium credits associated with the Uranium mineralisation. They also may have an interest in other strategic minerals in and around their tenements.
A handful of companies have export rights of Uranium from Australia. The latest state of the art nuclear reactors are smaller, much more efficient and a lot safer than the 40+ year old reactors that need closing down ASAP. These new reactors are coming on stream and are now a lot cheaper than any comparable grid scale power supply alternatives.
Norway's total energy supply is 70&+ generated by the efficient nuclear reactors, have a look at the Green Euro countries using nuclear energy, China, India the US of A are not going to drop their nuclear base load generators any time soon, more so they will adopt the highly efficient and much safer alternatives now available. Japan is certainly not dropping their nuclear plants any time soon , even after the recent disasters due to many maintenance issues and some early bad designs, with poorly understood after effects in the worst case scenarios .. The never contemplated a major tsumami event being a reality .. certainly not to the vast impact degree that occurred at Fukushima. I saw it live and was totally gobsmacked that a nuclear reactor could be positioned next to a sea wall.
Nuclear will gain a lot of weight sooner than later, primarily due to a massive Climate change event over the next 50 year period.
The universe is powered by massive nuclear reactors .. commonly called stars. The Stars energy are not oil ( hydrocarbon) driven.
It's a Hydrogen fusion driven universe. You need a start material on a lonely planet to create fission reactions ( Uranium required ) that can eventually kick off very efficient fusion reactions (Thorium required) to keep the wheels and planet turning .. all the rest is climate dependant.
EME is a major player in a small Australian market place .. for the time being
Cheers
