I have seen countless ASX listed dog stocks move from one commodity to another without invoking the wrath of ASX... they change names, company codes, product focus at the drop of an announcement and move on...
just one small example - MPJ was into drilling for Ni in the Fraser Range - tried for a year or so, didn't hit anything and decided they had enough - so moved into GOLD renaming themselves Kairos (KAI)... yes, there was the usual paperwork and shareholder approval and a small CR and all that, but with just 2 days worth of TH - NO FULL RECOMPLIANCE... they didn't go through this pain that GLV is made to suffer if it wants to acquire the African Vanadium asset...
is GLV or the management being targeted here? I don't know, just asking a question...
