Yes, claiming to be heading out to conduct exploration as soon as the weather permits, just before the end of summer in a region under snow for nearly half the year, the other half rapidly coming up, is indeed deceitful. It also tries the patience and insults the intelligence of the market and regulators alike. If that's how they made Quebec tax authorities feel with the claims for rebates they submitted then I won't be expecting too much timely cooperation from them either
