MTC could, in my opinion, be a case study for ASX ‘directors’ on how to provide just enough information to the market, do the bare minimum, yet escape scrutiny from the regulators and beneficially collect director and consulting fees along the way.
I have to give it to Russell and Gino though, they’ve excelled at floating and milking MTC for all it’s worth. By any measure, the directors fees and consulting fees they’ve collected since the IPO have made MTC a very successful venture for themselves.
It’s hard to see where any value has been left on the table for shareholders at this point in time.
