Maybe I am being too harsh??? I am sure there is lots of work behind the scenes. From what I have witnessed, is this the typical mentality of the average bureaucrat? Is this what PET Sales Staff have to deal with??

No wonder PET stock is only for the patient, they have hidden obstacles that we do not know about. Even though we had a sudden boost in the last two months, I am expecting more period of lulls and hesitation from those responsible for making decisions. Maybe I will get another chance to top up.
