Past criticism of the phoslock product in the US has been that scientific and research reports have largely been inhouse. That is that they were conducted by company sponsored labs or SePro labs. With independent verification only coming from Europe and China. There is also the factor that truely no two waterways are the same. The US water authorities have been wary and for other reasons. But things have changed. Pressure is mounting. So they are doing their own research, Great. Who is doing that research, USACE et al. Great. Our product is in the mix. Great. It has already shown its worth. Great. That we wont have the same control over projects like we are getting in China is not such a problem. If we get the blessing of the USACE it will be like getting accreditation from another Government.
