At least half the funding will be siphoned off in feasibility studies, research of their SPECIAL water & wildlife, im sure American professors are adept at finding a few endangered species to string out the gravy train.

No american govt official, worth his stars n stripes, is going to approve a product " made in china" for U.S. water.
Need a small production plant in kansas with a Made in U.S.A plastered all over the packaging...
