It could also be that someone is sending it down as much as possible before putting in a bid to take over the company, or indeed letting the market send the price down but with that aim in mind. You would think a bigger company could more easily organise funding. You'd think a bid for around thirty million which would be about 4.5c a share would easily get up (though realistically the longer they wait the lower they can probably get it for unless the Board can pull something off). Anyway, there are some positive things coming from the company in that they seem doing anything possible to get this off the ground including a willingness on the part of the Board to resign.
