I'm simply observing that selling half an asset is not a confirmation of competence. Selling to people you already know even less so I would suggest.

I'm also inferring that selling a controlling stake for someone to stump up the exploration costs means that SYA may not have had the upper hand in the conversation? Especially given they don't have the coin to pay for a redo of the work they've already done on their go to project...
