@HelloU, agree, you'd have to think it's a very healthy deal for AJM indeed, and as a holder, I think it's fantastic for the price. They have scored big time. I also wonder if this idea wasn't discussed with Shanshan in some capacity as part of their buy in to AJM recently as their new biggest holder. A Holder than has very lofty ambitions indeed 'Our goal is not only China, but also to become a leader in the field of new energy materials in the World'
AJM are also protected from any of the Authier mess in this deal, which I assume would've been foremost in directors minds as well.
