My small parcel would have already been pissed away trying to avoid a BAPE by using a loophole, saying all is fine, and then being told to do one. I sincerely hope the new leadership will restore the faith and lead to strong progress. Nonetheless, I won't be throwing caution into the wind since I don't think that's a wise investment strategy. I might just stick to reading chicken bones, tarot cards and your soothsaying comments. Would get about as much use from one than the others at this stage.
