There is not much between us in regards to most of what you are saying......especially the part about the ASX perhaps intervening with a timely ' please explain ' in regards their full disclosure., and given the current circumstances shareholders are perhaps facing.
At least we would then know a fair bit more about what they meant by their statement in the recent extension announcement. If there is indeed ' nothing ' to see or report here , then at the very least there ought to be a retraction of that statement I would think. In either case they had better get a move along as I would suspect the take up is very low at this stage. Has anyone rung the ASX ?
