I doubt CIA will ever get near $2 again but $2.40 is possible (my buy-in price) if Iron ore goes under US$100/t in early 2020.

Labrador's Scully Mine is also finally coming back online after Cliffs closed it in 2014.
They will take the rest of the year to ramp-up but will have 6mtpa high-grade output capacity in 2020 & destined for customers in China.
Not huge volume but helps to fill the supply gap left by Vale.
