Still solvent and no debts, and payments for exploitation won't be due until 74 days after the licenses are issued. (60 days for legal due diligence after licenses, plus 14 days after legal due diligence.) That will take them near or into year 2020 when the price of cobalt will probably be rising again to enhance the share price in ways that would not be so likely at this time.
